SMS & Voice Terms.

This page describes how Empros communicates by text message and by phone: what we send, how you opt in, how to opt out, and how your mobile information is protected. Consent to text messages and consent to phone calls are separate — each is described in its own section below.

Effective July 28, 2026 · Program operated by Empros (empros.tech)

I The Empros SMS program

Program name: Empros. Program description: conversational and account-service text messages related to your inquiry, assessment, or engagement with Empros — replies to questions you send us, scheduling and confirmation of meetings, status updates on an assessment or build, and requests for documents or information you have asked us to coordinate.

Example messages you may receive:

  • "Empros: Confirming your assessment call Thursday at 10:00 AM CT with a founder. Reply YES to confirm or call us to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "Empros: We received your request — a founder will reply within one business day. Reply HELP for help."
  • "Empros: Your operational blueprint is ready. We've sent it to your email on file. Reply STOP to opt out."

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

II How you opt in to text messages

You will only receive text messages from Empros if you have expressly opted in. Consent is collected in one of two ways:

  • Website form. On the assessment request form at empros.tech/#assessment, you may optionally provide a phone number and check an unchecked-by-default box consenting to text messages. The phone number field is optional, the consent checkbox is optional, and consent is not a condition of engaging Empros. The consent language at the form reads:

"By checking this box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive conversational and account-service text messages from Empros at the number provided (e.g., scheduling, status updates, and replies to your inquiry). Consent is not a condition of any purchase or engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS & Voice Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms."

  • Direct request. During an active engagement, you may ask us in writing to coordinate with you by text at a number you provide. We record that consent, and the first message we send confirms your enrollment as described below.

Opt-in confirmation. When you opt in, the first message you receive confirms enrollment:

"Empros: You are opted in to conversational & account-service texts. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Consent to receive text messages applies to text messages only. It does not constitute consent to receive phone calls or emails, which are handled separately (see Section VI).

III Message frequency, rates & carriers

  • Message frequency varies with the activity on your inquiry or engagement. Most participants receive a few messages per month; an active assessment may briefly involve more.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.

IV How to opt out

  • Reply STOP to any Empros text message at any time. You will receive a single final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
  • Alternative keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored.
  • You may also opt out by emailing christian@empros.tech with the phone number you wish to remove.
  • Opted-out numbers are placed on our suppression list and remain suppressed unless you opt in again.

V Help & customer care

  • Reply HELP to any Empros text message to receive support information.
  • Email: christian@empros.tech — read by a founder, answered within one business day.
  • Website: empros.tech

VI Phone calls — separate consent

Consent to receive phone calls from Empros is collected separately from text-message consent, and one never implies the other. If you provide a phone number and ask us to call you — on the assessment form's "What happens next" flow, by email, or during an engagement — we may call you at that number regarding your inquiry or engagement.

  • AI disclosure. If any Empros call uses an artificial or AI-generated voice, the call discloses that plainly at the start, consistent with our governance standard and the FCC's artificial-voice rules.
  • Opting out of calls. Ask to be placed on our do-not-call list during any call, or email christian@empros.tech. Do-not-call requests are honored immediately and maintained on a suppression list.
  • We do not make cold marketing calls. Calls relate to inquiries and engagements you have initiated.

VII Your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services — including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
